By Coach Donna:  I could write a book about this girl, because she is the strongest leader I have ever seen of any group.  This is why I call her the "team captain."  Every girl on this team is awesome in every way, and they are all highly motivated by this girl.  She is such a model citizen.  Miceala does the right thing at all times.  I believe her ability to complete literally thousands of repetitions, have inspired everyone.  If you can get one person to set an example, usually it's a whole lot easier for the group to follow.  Being the 1st person to always try things, can be very difficult.  There is no one to look at, to visualize what you are going to do.  It's actually 10 times harder than it is for someone who has seen it, and knows it can be done.  It's living by faith.  I have learned more from this gymnast as a coach than any other girl in 20 years.  Because of her willingness to participate in all the necessary hard work and countless repetitions, I have been able to improve all my formulas for every class I teach at RGA.  Micaela has shown me what is reasonably & humanly possible, if the determination is there.  She has shaped and revolutionized our entire gym atmosphere from the ground up.  Without her, I am not sure we would have had the best tumbling program in NC.  (Which we certainly do!)  Micaela helped me figure out the quickest & safest way to arrive at many skills thought impossible years ago.  Miceala is really as inspiring to me as anyone I have ever met.  All these girls make me love what I am doing, and because of Micaela's absolute refusal to ever give up or cheat, and her undying support of each team mate, we all love what we are doing a whole lot more.  She makes crazy things look easy, and she does not know the countless lives she has touched with her unbelievable strength.  I will always love you Micaela!  Micaela has the recipe' for success, and she shares it every day!
