* 10yrs experience with a combination of athlete, coach, and choreographer
* Certified in levels 1 - 6

* Is a judge on the All-Star Championship circuit

* Has competed at The Cheerleading Worlds - since "You never fully retire"

* Choreographed and coached numerous routines winning awards such as Best/Most Innovative Stunts, Pyramid, and Choreography awards

* Lead teams to 3-time back-to-back Cheersport Grand National titles as well as contributed to the 5 D2 Summit titles in our gym

* He has a passion for bringing his unique creativity to life through his routines and looks forward to seeing the passion the sport of cheerleading grow in each of the teams and athletes he works with

* Montel is currently a full time licensed insurance agent with State Farm

* He also is employed with Next Level as a chorographer

* He coaches our elite youth teams and higher level Junior cheer teams

* He also works with most the flyers at CCA in stunting progression and technique.
